"Great staff! Everyone is very friendly and professional and they worked to get me back out on the road running. Doing both treatments as well as key exercises custom to your needs. They provide the at home exercises via an app so you can get reminders on what to do, how to do them and keep track."

She made sure I was assured every step of the way and always pushed me to do more. The last physical therapist I had at a different clinic didn’t push me nearly as much and I was recovering slowly because of that. With Maxine, I grew quickly in improvements and I always knew I was taken care of and that she knew exactly what she was doing. All the staff here are welcoming and informed and made each visit delightful."

"I live on Whidbey Island. When my pre-arranged PT for care after hip replacement fell through I was fortunate enough to get in with Quality PT. Family members had used them before so I felt confident of good care. John worked up a plan and made accommodations for my commute. Working through their online app and weekly visits I was able to progress through recovery in the average amount of time even though I was in the facility only once a week. The team is awesome and well worth the hour and a half commute and ferry ride (each way)! I wish there was an office on Whidbey!!! I would use them again for care and highly recommend Quality Care Physical Therapy for any PT need."

"I had never been to physical therapy before so this was a first for me. I started seeing the team at Quality Care in late December. Each person I worked with looked after my well being and made sure to help me in every way possible. All the physical therapists were very nice and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with each of them. Each listed to my concerns and came up with a good treatment plan. I initially was seen 2 times per week and then once per week as I got better. The experience was great and I enjoyed working with the team. I highly recommend this center for treatment. "

"I went in with a back injury and Sandy did a great job in treating my injury over the course of three weeks. Sandy provided me with exercises I could do at home to help relieve my pain and speed up my recovery. She also helped provide a pillow recommendation for sleeping and other tips to keep my back healthy while I work on the computer. I would recommend this facility as it is clean and organized. The reception staff was very helpful as well."

"I was diagnosed with bursitis of the hip after a long plane ride. It was very painful walking and I started to use a cane. I asked for a referral to Quality Care as I had been very satisfied previously. John found that my pelvis was crooked and adjusted that. With the prescribed exercises, I can now walk without pain and without a cane. Thanks, John and Carolyn! "

"I started my therapy in August of 2023 for a shoulder issue that ultimately led me to get professional help. Quality Care was recommended to me by my doctor and that’s where I met Dr. Shih and the team. Dr. Shih, hands down is one of the best PT I have met. She is nice, informative and very friendly! My sessions with her were very helpful and within a couple of weeks she was able to pinpoint my pain in my shoulder and helped my shoulder get back to normal! Throughout the weeks she helped me with my impingement and rebuilt my strength. She’s empathetic and kind every session she would cheer me on and it motivated me to get my shoulder better. I can’t thank her enough for the time she spent with me to get my shoulder back to normal. Not the mention the team at Quality Care specifically the office coordinators are alway so sweet and engaging, they always had a smile on their faces and very helpful with any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Shih and Quality Care!"

"I worked with Maxine throughout my entire rotator cuff shoulder surgery rehab. She was phenomenal. What was accomplished in 36 visits was nothing short of excellent. I started rehab thinking I’d never be able to use my shoulder the way I was before injury. I’m leaving today fully confident that I will regain full use of my right arm and I attribute that to Maxine’s care at Quality Care PT. I would recommend them 1000%."

"I can highly recommend Quality Care Physical Therapy in Bothell. I am 73 and just completed PT with Anna and will definitely return to her if I need more PT in the future. She not only gave me very good exercises for my hip issues and monitored me closely, she explained why and where certain areas in my body are causing hip pain. She also discussed with me proper walking shoes, gave me gardening (and vacuuming) tips to minimize back pain, and provided safer ways to hike downhill. She was very, very helpful to me!"

"Just left six week post operation appointment with orthopedic surgeon for a total knee replacement. He told me I was six weeks ahead of his expectations for my recovery. He ask where I did my physical therapy. Quality Care in downtown Bothell I told him. He said to give my therapist, Annamarie, a shout out for the good work. I am looking forward to continuing my recovery with this first class organization and staff."

"I asked my doctor to refer me to the best physical therapy center in the area, and he recommended Quality Care. I am very grateful that he did. Denise and Kimberly up front are great, always offering a friendly hello and assisting with any scheduling issues. I felt welcome and seen, which goes a long way in setting a proper environment for healing. My therapist was Maxine, and she helped me recover from a decade of back pain and resulting muscle imbalances. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and effective in the way she treats her patients. "When I was referred to Quality Care and read verbiage that said 'I'm going to love it here'...I thought that was quite the claim. Yes though, I loved Quality Care. Maxine my PT was excellent and I would recommend her to anybody. She was thorough and kind and I looked forward to my sessions. The facility is clean and inviting. "This is the best physical therapy group ever! My husband and I have both had multiple issues treated here and they have always helped. From a cheery reception to the final icing, it is always a great experience. No matter which therapist treats you, the care will be carefully designed, professionally carried out and always helpful. Treatment and education go hand in hand, so it is possible to carry on with the treatment, even after "graduation". Overall, a great place to go for help and relief."

"I was told by my doctor that I would have to get surgery on my neck or I could try physical therapy to deal with severe pain and numbness in my left arm. The thought of surgery was daunting so after trying to live with the pain for a couple of months I finally went to physical therapy. I saw immediate improvement after each session and after a couple of months my symptoms went away entirely. It would not have been possible without the expert care and training provided by the therapists at Quality Care. I am extremely grateful and I highly recommend them."

"I needed PT after a knee replacement and later for a rotator cuff injury. I highly recommend Quality Care PT. I received great care from Dr John Monahan and Carolyn. They are both great listeners, friendly and develop therapy programs for your specific injury. At your appointment you work with your therapist "one on one" the whole session. If you follow the home exercises and visit the clinic at the recommended times you will have an excellent outcome. I am thrilled with my recoveries. "I tore a ligament in my shoulder playing hockey, and my surgeon referred me here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quality Care to anyone (and already have to several friends). Each of the therapists provided excellent care. They all listened to my many questions and tailored/added exercises to keep me challenged. I was impressed with how everyone here was able to safely challenge me and push adaptation while limiting the possibility for re-injury. What’s more is that throughout the process, communication was easy and proactive. Kimberly went above and beyond making sure I was in the right spot at the right time. "I worked with Sandy, PT, for just under six months following surgery for my right rotator cuff and a separated bicep tendon. For the first three months after surgery, I was given range-of-motion exercises; the following three months strength-building exercises. I consider both regimens to be highly successful. Today was my last day, and I am very happy about that! In addition to the therapy, the staff at the front desk was always welcoming and cheerful. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will return to Quality Therapy."

"I am an 84 yr. old who has had the good fortune to be treated by Dr. John Monohan and staff (Anna, Carolyn, and Kevin) for various joint pain instances in the last 6 years. These professionals know their jobs. The assessment and analysis of the condition is thorough and the treatment they provide on site is obviously beneficial. The at home activity they suggest ( require ) is well explained with visual aids and follow up testing on your progress ( they are bulldogs , but the good kind, you can't get angry because they are so effective and efficient) and the facility is scrupulously clean. I can not find enough superlatives for the front office staff, sometimes I feel like I just want to go visit the front office staff because they greet you like a favorite friend always and they are most accommodating with scheduling appointments and paper work. Too bad the only time I get to visit is when I'm in (a) pain."

"I had my hip replaced in July and began telehealth PT sessions after a few weeks. I am making great progress due to the exceptional sessions the therapists conduct over my computer. It was easy to set up, easy to login for each session and easy to interact with the therapists. My sessions have been as rigorous and effective as they would be in person.
